Take 1 cup cauliflower cut into big florets, and 1 cup capsicum (green pepper) cut into big square pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp hing, and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Add the cauliflower, cover and let cook till half done. Now add the capsicum and add ginger-chili paste made from 3/4" ginger and 1 green chili. Cover to cook completely. Do not overcook. Add 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, and salt to taste. Now let cook for 2 more minutes. Do not cover. Serve hot with roti or phulka.
